Alan rushed into the service area at Keeler BMW to be confronted with Sadie the Bag Lady who was posing as a fake and disgruntled customer. Alan, the GM at Keeler BMW listened with intent and how to resolve the issue. Sadie proceeded to ask Alan why the service on her nephew’s BMW was not going to be completed by the end of the day. Alan asked his mechanics, as they stood by watching if this was true. Everyone looked at Alan like deer in headlights. Sadie then told Alan that he looked like a movie star. Alan smiled and asked “Which one?” Sadie said the one from The Avengers, Robert Downey Jr and Alan said, “You mean Superman?” Sadie then thanked Alan for helping her and revealed that she was his birthday present and that he was being “ZINGED”. Alan burst into laughter with relief and Sadie sang him his personalized song written to the tune of Send in the Clowns. All of his staff including mechanics, sales team, sales manager and colleagues at Keeler BMW watched and applauded Alan as he enjoyed being in the spotlight. After the
